The IT management concentration takes learners one step further. This specialized program hones in on the management of information technology, integrating structure and process at the enterprise level. Building upon key cyber security principles, learners will develop best practices for management of information technology within their organization.

Students can access online course materials 24/7 and have the option to earn their degree in as few as 15 months. In addition to hands-on labs, discussions and a capstone, students may gain experience through internships and National Cyber League competitions. The university also offers opportunities to attend major networking events such as the Grace Hopper Celebration, Women in Cybersecurity conference and ACM Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing.

The online MS in Cybersecurity is a 36-credit program. Courses may include Telecommunications and Networking; Foundation in Information Assurance; Human Factors in Security; Cyberlaw and Ethics; Network Assessment and Defense; Security Risk Analysis and Planning; Incident Detection and Response; Investigation and Digital Forensics; and Cyber Security Capstone. Students then complete 9 credits of electives from a range of courses for the general path.

Courses for the IT management concentration take the place of the 9 credits of electives and may include Advanced Information Technology; Management of Information Technology; and Enterprise Resource Planning.
