The School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University offers an online Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Real Estate degree. Students in this comprehensive real estate graduate degree study actual real estate markets through a combination of case studies and analysis, and conclude with a Capstone project. Topics covered include the fundamentals of real estate; ethics; real estate law, finance, and accounting; real estate ethics; and leadership.

The MPS in Real Estate program begins in the fall, spring, and summer of each year. It is offered 100% online with no campus visits required. This 33-credit program can be completed in 1.5 to five years, either part-time or full-time. Full-time real estate students generally complete three courses in the fall and spring, and two in the summer. Part-time students tend to take two courses per term in the fall, spring and summer. Students have up to five years to complete the degree.

The online MPS in Real Estate is delivered through Blackboard in an asynchronous format, offering students the flexibility to watch lectures and complete assignments on their own schedule. Available online programs include VoiceThread, TedTalk, TurnItIn, Zoom, YouTube, and Vimeo.

The Georgetown University online MPS in Real Estate comprises 11 courses. Core courses include Ethics in Action; Real Estate Fundamentals; Foundations of Real Estate Finance; Foundations of Real Estate Law; Foundations of Real Estate Markets; and Foundations of Real Estate Accounting. A Capstone Course includes a capstone project which culminates in a 50-page paper and presentation that makes a real impact in the real estate industry.
