The Quinnipiac University online graduate program offer four different areas of professional development, all of which have been designed to build on the knowledge gained in the leadership foundation courses. Once a student has completed the foundation courses offered by Quinnipiac University they will move on to the specialization of their choice within the organizational leadership field.

The Quinnipiac University MS in organization leadership has been created for adults who already have undergraduate degrees, a minimum of four years work experience and who are looking to gain the necessary leadership skills that will enable them to enhance their careers.
