Many of the instructors are known names, as are many of the alumni. For instance, Steve Jackson, chef for the Chicago Bulls is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute. Another well known graduate is Alton Brown, creator and star of the Food Network's show Good Eats, and author of the book series I am Just Here For The Food.
