Indiana State University

Established in 1963, Indiana State University's College of Nursing has established itself as one of the nation's top nursing programs and provides the highest level of nursing education. The baccalaureate track for LPNs and RNs was initiated to accomplish this goal and to respond to the educational needs of licensed practical nurses and vocational nurses. The track offers LPNs and RNs an alternative curriculum for earning a baccalaureate degree in nursing. ISU's baccalaureate track for licensed practical nurses, vocational nurses, and registered nurses offers classes available via various distance-education methodologies, as well as clinical experiences with preceptors in various health care facilities, arranged collaboratively by the faculty member and the student.
