Golden Gate University was started in 1901 in San Francisco. Golden Gate University works hard to fulfill the needs of working people by offering undergraduate, graduate and professional certificate programs. Their classes are set up to keep students up to date with real world situations and to prepare them to be more competitive in the volatile job market.


Golden Gate University runs its Cyber Campus which offers cutting edge online courses that give students the option to take part in full degree programs and or professional certificate programs. There is also the possibility of taking individual courses to update skills, or speed up the completion of a degree without the need to commute to campus.

The Golden Gate University Cyber Campus gives students access to online courses in the place of attending more traditions in-person courses. These online offerings mirror their on campus counter parts. Internet based courses offer greater levels of communication, storage space for course documents and access to supplemental course materials.
